Ingredients
- Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese log
- Pesto, premade (or make your own!)
- Pinenuts, chopped
Directions
- Take Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese out of the fridge, remove it from its packaging and allow it to temper on a serving dish. Once tempered, use your hands to create a round mound of rich and creamy goat cheese. Create a divot in the center of the mound, to hold the pesto.
- Add pesto to the divot.
- Chop pine nuts, then sprinkle on top of goat cheese and pesto.
- Serve with crackers, crostinis, pretzels or raw vegetable sticks.
